Job Description:

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Expert CNO Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing advanced cyber capabilities while delivering exceptional service to our clients.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.
• Manage the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.
• Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and networks.
• Communicate status with leadership and customers.
• Ensure software standards are met.Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, OR 10+ years of relevant experience if no degree.
  • Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.
  • Troubleshooting / debugging experience.
  • Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).
  • Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.
  • CNO capability development experience.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
    • Understand assembly programming concepts.
    • Unit Test experience.
    • Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
    • Experience managing/leading teamsSecurity Clearance Requirements:
      • Active, current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.Physical Requirements:
        • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.
        • Regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers.
