Exciting Contract Opportunity: Personal Injury Paralegal for a Top Employer in Philadelphia!

Position Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to support our attorneys and deliver top-tier legal services.

What you'll love about this role:

• Start date: Immediately
• Full-Time Contract- 5-10 months (Potential for Permanent Hire)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (OT available)
• Pay Rate: $26 - $31 per hour
• Dynamic, fast paced environment! Personal Injury Paralegal Job Description:
  • Assist two attorneys with drafting legal documents, pleadings, and discovery requests (NJ & PA cases).
  • Schedule depositions, file pleadings, and manage discovery requests.
  • Transcribe attorney dictation and maintain case files.
  • Communicate with clients, doctors, witnesses, and interpreters.
  • Organize transportation and travel for clients.
  • Manage legal calendars, court dates, and case deadlines.
  • File court documents and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
  • Collect medical records and verify billing.
  • Draft complaints, motions, and discovery documents. Personal Injury Paralegal Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree + 3 years of experience OR 5+ years of experience without a degree.
    • Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and research methods (NJ & PA).
    • Experience with Needles, Litify, or similar case management software (Salesforce preferred).
    • Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
