Cognizant is looking for Salesforce Tech Lead. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical deliverables, prepare technical design and document, work with Business system analysts to convert the business requirement to technical requirement, mentor team, provide end to end technical solution. The candidate must have a deep understanding of design, development, and implementation of sales cloud, salesforce integration, asynchronous apex, data migration, LWC, and Salesforce best practices for implementing and customizing complex solutions. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and Agile experience. to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Onsite) Job Description: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions

• Work with Business system analysts to convert the business requirement to technical requirements
• Design, develop and maintain salesforce integration, asynchronous apex, data migration, LWC, and provide end to end technical solutions
• Ensure that the solutions meet the needs of clients and are aligned with business requirements
• Review technical deliverables, and resolve defects
• Manage and track the progress of projects
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of project status
• Mentor and develop junior developers Minimum qualifications: Experience in SFDC, salesforce sales cloud, salesforce integration, asynchronous apex, data migration, LWC, able to manage and lead offshore team , nCino experience in add on(but not necessary) Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
