Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative
(BDR) to focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through cold
calling, email outreach, and social media
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule follow-up
meetings with account executives
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outbound
prospecting efforts
Required Qualifications
Previous successful sales experience or a strong desire to start a
sales career
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for a metric-driven
sales role
Comfortable making daily cold calls and engaging with leads via
email
Experience or willingness to learn sales tools such as HubSpot
Sales Hub and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
