A company is looking for a Head of Quality, AI Data
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of quality assurance protocols
for generative AI and LLM projects
Define and ensure high-quality data standards across diverse
projects and collaborate with customers on quality goals
Continuously explore and implement new methodologies for improving
training data quality and model evaluation processes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience with a proven ability to lead teams in
fast-moving environments
Deep understanding of large language models and generative AI
workflows
Experience in designing and leading quality assurance processes for
data annotation and AI model evaluation
Track record of managing teams in high-velocity environments with a
focus on outcomes
Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex
data
