Other duties may be assigned. Computer savvy with a light touch on Microsoft OfficeSocial Media enthusiast who can handle uploads like a proWillingness to learn and master precise evaluation of automobiles, including the reconditioning process, inventory control and marketing Communicates with incoming customer's.Appraises vehicles that come into the store.Responsible for the upkeep of all Auto trader leads.Responsible for the upkeep of all Kelly Blue Book CASH offer leads.Responsible for updating CRM tool with all current prospect.Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.Utilizes dealership follow-up system.Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.Attends sales training courses as requested by manager.Maintains a prospect development system.Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.Maintains professional appearance.Qualifications:Manufacturer TrainingProduct knowledgeTo excel in this role, candidates must perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
