Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, create a welcoming environment, and effectively communicate with guests and teams. Key responsibilities include quoting accurate wait times, recognizing VIP guests, and demonstrating a working knowledge of reservation systems. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of guest-facing experience, a passion for hospitality, and English fluency.
