We're seeking professional Servers who are passionate about hospitality to join our team. Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable about various styles and cuisines, with a focus on flawless execution and exceptional table service. Experience working in a delicate, elevated dining environment is a must.

Responsibilities include creating a HAPPIER experience for all guests, members, and coworkers, as well as directing floor staff and leading floor service to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. You will also facilitate communication between floor staff and kitchen, problem-solve guest incidents, and consistently create memorable experiences for our guests by personalizing service. Additional responsibilities include hosting the guests' complete dining experience, ensuring proper table maintenance, and maintaining professional and consistent communication with leadership.

Requirements include prior fine-dining experience, an energetic and team-oriented attitude, extensive knowledge of wine and beverage pairings, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. You should also be reliable, dependable, and responsible, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn new and exciting things. Experience with POS systems and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work standing and walking for extended periods of time are also required.

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $20.00 per hour, with consideration for prior employment history, qualifications, and skills.
