Job Description:
A company is looking for a Communications Principal to manage
communications activities in the Central U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute communications strategies for advocacy
campaigns in Central U.S. states
Secure media coverage and manage press relations with news outlets
and reporters
Support content creation, including blog posts and social media,
and maintain relationships with coalition partners
Required Qualifications
Minimum four years of professional communications experience
Established contacts and relationships with reporters in the
Central U.S. preferred
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
preferred
Experience with social media platforms preferred
Experience working on advocacy issues and clean energy topics is a
plus
