Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Partner Implementation Program
Lead to enable partners to deploy and install various products
across CCaaS and UCaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop partner-facing training materials and certification
criteria
Define and enforce best practices for partner deployment
methodologies
Establish key performance indicators to track partner success and
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related
field
7+ years of experience in channel partner enablement, professional
services, or program management
Knowledge of CCaaS and UCaaS solutions and their deployment
requirements
Project management experience leading cross-functional
initiatives
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and partner
management platforms
