Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist in Valuation Servicing
responsible for fulfilling property valuation orders while ensuring
compliance with guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Process valuation requests and monitor outstanding orders
Handle correspondence with valuation vendors and resolve access
issues
Review vendor invoices and maintain knowledge of valuation types
and regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
2+ years of related experience or training
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Basic knowledge of state and federal mortgage servicing
regulations
Ability to read and interpret loan documents and policies
