Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recovery Collector-1 to manage
delinquent accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Collect payments on assigned delinquent accounts through customer
contact
Review documentation and arrange repayment schedules to minimize
organizational loss
Utilize knowledge of loan collection policies and fair debt
collection practices
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer
service activities
Good knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures
Understanding of fair debt collection practices and related
laws
Strong customer service/relations skills
