• Perform CAT Scan procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Operate the CT scanner during IR procedures in the CT department.Maintaining a Safe and Efficient Work Environment:
  • Report maintenance issues for equipment and monitor supplies and deficiencies.
  • Adhere to Infection Prevention policies and utilize appropriate PPE.
  • Maintain licensure and BLS certification.
  • Stay current with departmental training and participate in clinical activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Remain compliant with timekeeping rules and adhere to Departmental procedures.
  • Participate in Departmental On Call and Holiday Requirements.Requirements:
    • General, Trauma, and ED experience.
    • Experience with Pediatrics and Cardiac preferred but not necessary.Education and Certification:
      • Graduate of AMA Approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
      • Enrolled in a qualified Computed Tomography program.License and Certification:
        • Current BLS Certification.
        • Current ARRT License.
        • Current NJ-RADTECH License.Special Requirements:
          • ARRT Board Certified in Computed Tomography preferred.
