A company is looking for a Patient Support Center Representative
- National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Meet performance goals in patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality,
and attendance
Provide services to customers involving complex and sensitive
information while acting as a patient advocate
Utilize systems to resolve customer needs related to appointments,
authorizations, claims, and benefits
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a customer service-based role
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during normal business
hours, including weekends and holidays
40 wpm typing speed
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and navigating multiple chat
channels
