Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCM Strategic Account Team Lead to
oversee high-value accounts and manage a team of RCM
specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts, maintaining
proactive communication and addressing client needs
Lead and mentor a team of RCM specialists, setting objectives and
tracking performance metrics
Analyze RCM processes for improvements, ensuring compliance with
regulations and enhancing efficiency
Required Qualifications
Experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) or related field
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring and data
analysis
Knowledge of claims processing and denial management
Familiarity with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations
