Job Description:

Experience as an AM Maitre D' in a fine dining environment with strong food and wine knowledge and at least 2 years of service experience is required. The position involves ensuring guests are well attended and service standards are maintained in the dining room. Responsibilities include maintaining communication between teams, planning seating orders, and providing engaged guest service.

• Maintain communication between teams.
• Plan seating orders to maximize timing and guest satisfaction.
• Optimize table configurations.
• Identify guests' needs and preferences.
• Recognize regular and VIP guests.
• Acknowledge special occasions and flag allergies.
• Provide engaged guest service.
• Perform other related activities as assigned.
• Assist in various duties as needed.
• Exude and instill hospitality standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Be proficient in Open Table on the admin side.
  • Display a pleasant and cheerful disposition.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with guests and staff.
  • Partner with executives and chefs.
  • Operate department specific software and applications.
  • Work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
