Job Description:

Major Food Group seeks Expeditors for THE GRILL. This fine-dining concept is hiring Expeditors with experience and strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety and sanitation, time management and quality control.The position requires:

• Ensuring efficient orders flow from waiters to the kitchen
• Preparing orders with correct priority
• Assisting in final dish preparation
• Checking dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature
• Delivering orders for fast service
• Eliminating obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing
• Inspecting premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assisting in cleaning
• Transferring information between the kitchen and wait staff
• Handling client complaints to preserve the restaurant's reputation
• Performing other tasks as directed
• Being an ambassador to Major Food GroupQualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Natural communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable, flexible and a team player
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
