Job Description:

We're seeking enthusiastic and skilled baristas and gelato counter staff to join our dynamic team and help create memorable experiences for our guests. We need energetic and friendly professionals with a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and experience in a barista or gelato counter role.Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service.
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages.
• Scoop and serve gelato according to company standards.
• Assist with bakery and juice counter handling.
• Operate the cash register and take orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
• Open and close the cafe, including inventory checks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Share knowledge of our products with customers.
• Lift and carry items weighing over 25 pounds as needed.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and food handling procedures.What We Offer:
