Summary: Demonstrate mastery of food and beverage menu items, wine knowledge, and ensure excellent guest service. Lead the team in steps of service with efficiency and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain expertise in all menu items, ingredients, and preparations.
  • Provide wine recommendations according to guest preferences.
  • Follow service steps with efficiency and grace.
  • Anticipate guest needs and maintain communication with colleagues and the kitchen.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance throughout the restaurant.
  • Demonstrate eagerness for continuous learning and growth.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of experience in a service role in a similar environment.
    • Excellent customer service and sales experience.
    • Upbeat, outgoing, and warm personality.
    • Multitasking and organizational skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with guests.
    • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
    • Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs.
    • Current Food Handler's license or obtain within a month of hire.
