As a Wine Connoisseur and Customer Experience Expert, you will be responsible for providing wine list oversight, making wine and beverage recommendations to customers, and ensuring the gracious serving of wine. This role also involves overseeing all aspects of the customer experience at the table, including greetings, menu sales, table maintenance, customer satisfaction, and fond farewells.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regional wine laws, appellations, grape varieties, harvest times, elevation, climate, soil, and fermentation processes. They will also possess a deep knowledge of COQODAQ wine and food menu items, enabling effective salesmanship that enhances both the business and customer experience.In addition to their wine expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, results-oriented, team-player mentality.
