We're on the hunt for a skilled Master Artisan of Sourdough to join our team at La Baguette Magique. As a neighborhood bakery with a passion for quality and a focus on sourcing great ingredients, we're committed to expanding our production and days of operation to meet the growing demand for our delicious bread.The ideal candidate will be a serious bread enthusiast with a passion for fermentation and a desire to expand their knowledge of the local grain economy. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to lift heavy equipment with ease.We offer a competitive hourly rate based on experience, and as a full-time position, our team members enjoy a stable and secure work environment. We're looking for someone who is team-oriented, positive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.In this role, you'll be responsible for creating something truly special - high-quality bread that our customers will love. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every loaf that leaves our bakery is nothing short of perfection.As a Master Artisan of Sourdough, you'll be expected to:

• Be serious about bread and fermentation
• Be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Team-oriented and positive
