Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Solutions Team Lead to oversee
client operations and scheduling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of scheduling specialists, including hiring,
training, and performance management
Drive operational excellence by analyzing and improving core
workflows and staffing processes
Conduct quality assurance reviews and maintain up-to-date training
materials for the team
Required Qualifications
Strong business judgment with a bias toward action in fast-paced
environments
Data-driven decision-making skills with a strategic mindset
Experience managing front-line operations professionals and
distributed teams
Familiarity with core business systems, including Microsoft/Google
Workspace, especially Excel & PowerPoint
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus
