Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Specialist -
Merchandising Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist operators and store team members with inquiries regarding
policies and procedures
Handle escalated customer situations to ensure satisfactory
resolutions
Maintain and update the Knowledge Library with standard operating
procedures
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred
Knowledge of store operation policies and procedures
Basic understanding of automotive terms and vehicle repairs
preferred
