Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Specialist III
to work 100% remote with an active secret clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Develops instructional programs and training materials for military
and civilian students
Conducts instructional analysis to identify training performance
objectives and quality assurance
Generates multimedia and computer-based training plans while
collaborating with subject matter experts
Required Qualifications and Education
Active secret clearance is mandatory
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience or a high school
diploma with 13 years of experience
Proficiency in Articulate 360, Vyond, JIRA, and Microsoft
Project
Experience with training acquisition and training development
Ability to assist with business development activities as
needed
