A company is looking for a Commercial & Multifamily Housing
Lender.
Key Responsibilities
Source, originate, and close commercial and multifamily loans while
managing loan portfolios
Develop relationships with referral partners and promote lending
opportunities through networking and community outreach
Monitor and review assigned commercial loans, ensuring compliance
with banking laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of commercial lending experience
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Proficient in digital literacy and technology use
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
tasks
