Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Lead with Service Cloud
experience for a fully remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions and define business requirements while
writing user stories and system designs
Oversee configuration and customization of the Salesforce Service
Cloud platform, focusing on OMNI-Channel and chat
functionalities
Utilize AI tools, particularly Einstein, to enhance system
architecture and business processes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects using agile
methodologies
Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and case
management
Authority-level experience in defining system architecture and
delivering comprehensive solutions
Hands-on experience with Einstein in Salesforce Service Cloud
Experience with process flow diagram tools and system design
wireframing
