Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative to
resolve outstanding medical claims.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve outstanding unpaid, unprocessed, and denied medical claims
to third-party payers
Interface frequently with insurance companies
Maintain accurate records of claims and interactions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
2 years of experience processing medical insurance claims is
preferred
No specific certifications, licenses, or registrations required
Must be located in Illinois or Wisconsin for remote work
COVID-19 vaccination required or approved exemption for in-office
roles
