Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative -
Physician Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Contact third party payers and guarantors to resolve account
balances
Work on denials and submit appeals for non-clinical denials
Document account actions and maintain accurate patient information
in the system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or 3 years of relevant equivalent
experience
1-3+ years of experience in office, business, operations, customer
service, or healthcare field
Previous experience working with insurance portals is preferred
PC skills in a Windows environment are required
Knowledge of desktop applications like Word and Excel is
essential
