Job Description:

A company is looking for a Head of Strategic Accounts to lead their 1:1 account-based marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account programs to drive engagement and pipeline growth
Conduct in-depth account research to build effective ABM strategies
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership to align on priorities and adjust strategies

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM)
Proven success in building and executing 1:1 ABM programs for enterprise accounts
Experience in managing and mentoring team members
Strong analytical skills to leverage data insights for strategic decisions
Familiarity with AI and automation tools is preferred
