Key Responsibilities
Shape and deliver the employee relations strategy to ensure
fairness and efficiency
Partner with HRBPs and people managers to uphold performance
management standards
Navigate complex employee relations situations with empathy and
effectiveness
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven experience in employee relations or HR generalist roles in
fast-growth environments
Demonstrated experience resolving complex employee relations
issues
Expertise in handling investigations, performance management, and
conflict resolution
Ability to recognize patterns and develop proactive solutions to
employee relations challenges
Commitment to fostering a fair and inclusive workplace for all
employees
