Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards. This role involves supervising and motivating staff, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records, including payroll and attendance. The ideal candidate will support staff development through coaching and training, monitor performance, and handle client communications. Additionally, the supervisor will prepare departmental reports, oversee audits, and maintain records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Quality Assurance Supervisor Job Details:

  • Schedule: M-F / IN OFFICE - Must be able to work 8a-6p & Mandatory team meeting 3rd Saturday of every month
  • Pay Rate: $23 per hour, $26.00 once permanent in the role
  • Type: Contract to Hire Role! Quality Assurance Supervisor Job Duties:
    • Maintain verbal, written email to manager regarding department.
    • Prepares work schedule to expedite workflow.
    • Maintain staff personnel file which include time and attendance records.
    • Completes daily and weekly payroll.
    • Responsible for coaching, counseling, and /or corrective actions of staff.
    • Responsible for staff development and training.
    • Monitor staff efficiency standards daily.
    • Assigns duties and examines work for accuracy.
    • Maintain communications with all clients via verbal and email when necessary.
    • Completes daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports.
    • Make necessary corrections/changes of any errors.
    • Schedule and Monitor Offsite Audits
    • Create and Maintain Greeter schedule
    • Other duties as assigned Quality Assurance Supervisor Job Requirements:
      • High School or GED required.
      • Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
      • Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience
      • Understanding of Microsoft Windows based software
