Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Operations Liaison to manage
claim review and investigation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the High Dollar Claim review process and act as the
primary contact for internal and external claim teams
Execute effective resolutions on claim issues and manage
escalations to ensure completion
Process various fee claims and support ad hoc projects as
assigned
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role
Group Health Insurance/Benefits experience preferred
Experience working with medical claims is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
