The new SCA Health represents who we are today and where we are going-and the growing career opportunities for YOU ResponsibilitiesReview invoices in paperless payables platform for invoice entryEnter supply invoices against related purchase ordersEnsure the accurate and timely payment of the multiple centers' invoices to third partiesEnsure monthly and daily tasks are completed in adherence to established deadlinesAbility to perform research on multiple payable platformsForecast payables through cash requirement process and work with other accounting team members for bank balance approvals before payments are madeEffectively communicate with vendors to resolve invoice or payment issuesFollow accounts payable policies and procedures when administering duties.Complete special reports and other duties as assigned QualificationsHigh School diplomaComfortable in fast-paced environmentMinimum 1+ years of Accounts Payable experienceAttention to detail, ability to problem solve using logical & critical thinking skillsExperience with cash management, expenditures, and disbursement process preferredThis role requires the employee to be in the office at least twice a monthMust be able to communicate to all levels and enjoy working in a team environmentPurchase order experience preferred USD $25.00/Yr.
