Job Description:

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Perform nondiscrimination, top-heavy, and coverage testing for defined contribution plans
Calculate retirement plan contributions and allocations, including Safe Harbor allocations
Prepare IRS Form 5500-SF, 5500-EZ and assist with Form 5500 preparation and plan audit support

Required Qualifications

1 - 2 years of experience (preferred)
Ability to read and understand complex documentation surrounding 401k plans
Knowledge of basic accounting principles for asset reconciliations
Intermediate skillset in Microsoft Excel
Willingness to obtain QKA Certification
