Position Overview:

As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for citizens with parking violation inquiries. You'll handle 100+ inbound calls per day, research violations, update records, and schedule hearings-all while delivering top-tier customer service!

Call Center Representative Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time, IN-OFFICE (Shifts between 8 AM-8 PM + 4th Saturdays: 8:30 AM-12 PM)
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

  • Manage 100+ inbound calls daily regarding parking violations.
  • Provide accurate information, update records, and schedule hearings.
  • Research and escalate issues to the proper department when needed.
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Call Center Representative Job Requirements:
    • High School or GED required.
    • At least 2+ years of call center or related experience.
    • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
