Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Intake Specialist responsible
for onboarding prospective clients and ensuring they receive
services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service as the primary contact for
families starting ABA services
Validate member ABA benefits and request service authorizations
promptly
Manage the client onboarding process and analyze data for Key
Performance Indicators
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in insurance and authorization procurement
preferred
Previous knowledge of insurance and customer service experience
Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
