    • Process, review, and prepare contracts for execution, ensuring accuracy and completeness
    • Maintain and update the contract database, tracking requisitions from request to execution
    • Assist finance account liaisons with contract execution, documentation, and compliance
    • Coordinate mass mailings for vendors, programs, and state agencies, while tracking responses
    • Organize and maintain a comprehensive contract filing system
    • Prepare and distribute monthly contract reports for the finance committee and board of directors
    • Assist contractors with budget-to-actual financial reports and support mid-year and year-end closings
    • Perform additional duties as needed to support contract and financial operations Job Requirements for Contract Administrator in Philadelphia:
      • Education: College degree preferred
      • Experience: 3+ years in contract administration, finance, or database management
      • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
