As a Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of innovative products across the Americas. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure product stewardship reviews for new materials and products.

- Lead global product registrations and manage regulatory compliance for the gas and solvent business.

- Oversee FDA food contact product portfolio and support new Food Contact Notification (FCN) submissions.

- Advocate for product safety and stewardship with government agencies, trade associations, and NGOs.

- Monitor and communicate regulatory changes, assess their impact on the business.

- Work closely with global teams to manage customer requests and ensure product compliance.

- Provide training and support on regulatory and product safety topics.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).

- 5-10 years of regulatory affairs and product safety experience (TSCA, FDA, etc.).

- Strong chemistry background, including polymer chemistry and knowledge of fluorochemistry/fluorogases.

- Experience with international regulatory programs is a plus.

- Proficient in office software and ERP systems.

- Willingness to travel up to 15%.
