Our client, a prominent consumer goods company in Saddle Brook, NJ, is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO's right hand-ensuring smooth operations, driving key business initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture. This dynamic role requires strong logistics and operational expertise, overseeing shipment scheduling, import tracking, and vendor/customer relationship management to keep business moving seamlessly. Key Points:
Support and advise the CEO by managing schedules, providing strategic insights, and representing leadership across internal and external meetings.
Oversee shipment calendars, import tracking, and ensure operational logistics run seamlessly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers while identifying operational bottlenecks and improving efficiency.
Lead KPI tracking and reporting, identifying business risks and opportunities.
Command meetings with authority, ensuring alignment and follow-through on initiatives.
Inspire and motivate departmental stakeholders to foster a positive, high-performing office environment.


About You:
7+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff or Executive Assistant role.
Bachelor's degree.
Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in managing logistics, shipment scheduling, and vendor/customer relations.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, manage complex projects, and streamline operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
Spanish proficiency is a plus!
High level of discretion with the ability to handle confidential information and drive organizational change.
