Davis Wright Tremaine is seeking a mid-level associate to join our trademark practice in Seattle, Los Angeles, New York or San Francisco. We serve many well-known national companies, including major media, entertainment, wholesale and retail distributors, financial institutions, technology, food and beverage, and luxury goods brands. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of trademark clearance, prosecution, TTAB, and enforcement experience. We prefer candidates with law firm experience, excellent client relationship skills, practical insight, creativity, and a self-starter mindset. The annualized salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $225,000 to $290,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
