Job Overview
Our Customer Success Associates bring our purpose to life by
assisting the Customer Success team in guiding customers through
their journey with Marvin Replacement. The Customer Success team
curates an exceptional, personalized experience by focusing on the
individual needs and being a consistent resource for our customers.
Customer Success Associates assist Customer Success Managers with
the execution of tasks behind the scenes to help ensure a seamless
experience for each customer.
Highlights of your role
- Input data into Salesforce.
- Complete all aspects of job processing, including, reviewing sold jobs daily and creating orders for production, generating and managing contracts, communicating with field personnel,
- Making sure appropriate permits are obtained and ready.
- Complete pre-measure change orders, such as adding financiers and changing payment terms.
- Maintaining document accuracy, including the uploading of documents, notating payments, and creating post installation work orders.
- Maintaining payment records.
- Additional administrative functions for operations team as
needed.
Compensation
$19-$22 per hour
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Outstanding organizational skills and able to balance multiple priorities
- A willingness to upgrade knowledge as required and ability to
adapt to new technology
Also want to make sure you have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High attention to detail
- Previous office/administrative experience
- Salesforce and/or CRM experience would be beneficial.
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
