We're on the lookout for a hardworking Working Superintendent to join our team at Lindi Construction Group Inc. Being a family business, we make sure our employees have a good work environment. The perfect candidate will have a solid background in construction management, with skills in reading blueprints, plumbing, installation, maintenance, estimating, HVAC, electrical work, and general repairs. Experience with specifications, inspections, engineering, problem-solving, and budget management is also a must. Responsibilities for this role include supervising on-site construction activities, making sure projects are finished on time and within budget, working with subcontractors, doing quality checks, and enforcing safety measures. The Working Superintendent will also handle work assignments, process reimbursements, and conduct background checks as needed. The salary for this position is between $50,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
