Job Description:

Summary: Conduct production and cleaning operations in accordance with food safety policies and standard operating procedures.Duties and Responsibilities: Clean, set-up, assemble/disassemble and run food processing equipment and follow food safety policies (training provided). Visually inspect equipment during operation to ensure proper, effective and safe processing. Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition. Inspect equipment to identify any required replacements, malfunctions and repairs. Transfer bulk materials to and from warehouse and production. Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area. Provide assistance to junior operators/new hires in their assigned responsibilities.Qualifications: Must be able to communicate and read in English. Must be able to perform mathematical calculations and maintain logbooks.PAY is commensurate with skills, experience, and verbal/written language assessment ($15 - $20 per hour) Paid time off (full-time only). Business is willing to hire Asylum Seekers. Spanish speaking is acceptable.
