Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Network Ops Center
Technician to support healthcare systems and ensure high
availability.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tier-1 technical support for Electronic Health Records
(EHRs) and monitor network-server environments
Manage tickets and escalate critical issues while maintaining
communication with internal teams and customers
Document processes and contribute to knowledge base improvements
and process enhancements
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Strong multi-tasking skills
Ability to work under close supervision with defined guidelines
Information Technology certification is preferred
Familiarity with server operating systems and basic understanding
of network-server environments
