A company is looking for a Workday Change Management Resource
(Part time).
Key Responsibilities
Lead change management efforts for a Workday implementation
Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy
Conduct change impact assessments for affected business areas
Required Qualifications
Experience in change management, particularly with ERP systems
Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and user adoption
Strong understanding of organizational readiness processes
Ability to develop training materials and conduct training
sessions
Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
