Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)
Architect responsible for designing, implementing, and managing
cloud-based contact center infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement CCaaS solutions using Terraform for
infrastructure management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and
implement best practices
Monitor and optimize contact center performance for high
availability and scalability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field or
equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in CCaaS architecture and implementation
3+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure
as code practices
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their
CCaaS offerings
Experience with VoIP, SIP, and other telephony protocols
