Job Description:

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst in the Test Delivery Department.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate session reviews and support interactions for quality assessment
Communicate performance expectations for various support roles
Document, track, measure, and report on project effectiveness and staff development

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience in quality assurance and technical expertise is required
Experience in the testing/certification industry is a plus
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required
