You'll be a crucial part of our team as an HVAC Installer. You'll install and connect various HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet all safety and quality standards.     Responsibilities for the HVAC Installer:

    • Install, maintain, and repair heating, and air conditioning systems.
    • Capable of independently performing the entire installation process to collaborate with team members to make sure the job is done efficiently with no callbacks.
    • Ensure efficient material usage and maintain sufficient equipment stock.
    • Collect payment or payment details from customers for services rendered.
    • Maintain company vehicle and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
    • Prepare invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as necessary.
    • Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
    • Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
    • Fulfill additional responsibilities as required, including cross-training in various roles.

      Requirements for the HVAC Installer:

      • Minimum of 2 years of Residential HVAC Installation experience.
      • Experience with leading a 2+man crew.
      • EPA Universal Certification is required.
      • NATE/OSHA certification preferred.
      • Exceptional customer communication skills.
      • A team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings.
      • An enthusiastic and positive individual eager to embrace challenges.
      • Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
      • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
      • Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.
