Every employee is an important part of the team.DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION Hoboken Grace is seeking a part time or full time Production Leader position, executing the vision of service programming; to create awesome worship experiences that reflect how we value God, and that people love to attend. Applicants must have experience leading teams, and real world production/AVL experience and technical knowledge. This position would oversee all production volunteers, training, recruiting, vision casting, structures and systems. Must be able to lead and develop other leaders, while also being teachable and a team player. Must have a passion for excellence, excellent communication skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Strong knowledge of live production (cameras, switching, theatrical lighting, audio) a plus. QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be comfortable leading a team of volunteers
• Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Must be detail and task-oriented
• Must be able to multitask and balance multiple projects
• Must be able to work on-site - RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recruiting, onboarding and managing team of volunteers
  • Organizing and maintaining production equipment throughout Hoboken Grace theaters
  • Assisting with planning and executing Sunday services and Hoboken Grace event production
