Production Support Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Production Support Engineer to provide technical customer service and support during and after product implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with customer account setups for data transfers and technical integration during onboarding
Provide customer service to resolve technical questions and usage difficulties with the Clarity system
Analyze code and documents, write scripts, and train customers on product usage post-integration

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or technical training in a related field with skills in XML, JSON, MYSQL, HTTP, SFTP, Linux, Ruby, and API interactions
Proficiency in Ruby
Experience with Open API/Swagger
Knowledge of MYSQL and Splunk
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
